Hotel/Motel Accommodations for the

50^th Anniversary IAS Meeting

The accommodations listed here are in the Nampa area closest to where the majority of events will be hosted.

Hampton Inn & Suites (5750 E. Franklin Road, Nampa, ID  83687, 208-442-0036) - This is the hotel where the Friday night banquet and Saturday lunch will be held.  It is also closest to where the symposia and contributed talks will be held (about a mile away) on Friday and Saturday at Boise State University’s West Campus.  The IAS has arranged for a block of rooms at the special rate of $89 per night (reservations need be made no later than 03/06/08 and mention the IAS meeting to get rate).  Directions:  From East or West on I-84 - Take Exit 38-Garrity Exit and go north. Then go east on Franklin Road for 0.3 miles and hotel is on the north side of road.  This hotel has very nice amenities including a hot in-lobby breakfast, high speed internet, and more.

Shilo Inn Nampa Suites (1401 Shilo Drive, Nampa, ID  83687, 208-465-3250) - This hotel is about 3 miles west of both the Hampton Inn and College of Western Idaho.  The IAS has arranged for a block of rooms at the special rate of $87 per night (reservations need be made no later than 02/27/08 and mention the IAS meeting to get rate)..  Directions:  From East or West on I-84 - Take Exit 36-Franklin Blvd. Exit and go north about 500 ft. Turn left onto Shilo Drive.  This hotel offers very nice amenities including a full breakfast at Elmer’s which adjoins the hotel, high speed internet, and more.

Sleep Inn (1315 Industrial Road, Nampa, ID  83687, 208-463-6300) - This hotel is about 3 miles west of both the Hampton Inn and West Campus.    The standard rate for this hotel is $80 for most rooms.  Directions:  From East or West on I-84 - Take Exit 36-Franklin Blvd. Exit and go south across the freeway. Turn right onto Industrial Road.

Super 8 Motel (624 Nampa Blvd., Nampa, ID  83687, 208-467-2888) -  This hotel is about 4 miles west of both the Hampton Inn and West Campus.  The standard rate for this hotel is $59 for most rooms.  Directions:  From East or West on I-84 - Take Exit 35- Nampa Blvd. Exit and go south about ½-mile. Motel will be on the left.  This hotel offers a free continental breakfast, high speed internet, and more.
