This answer is not correct.

You have inverted both of the conversion factors. You divided by 1000 instead of multiplying by 1000 and multiplied by 10 instead of dividing by ten. You always want your units to cancel when using the factor label method. Try inverting both conversion factors and see what happens to the units.
