This answer is not correct. I assume that you drew the electron-dot formula before selecting this answer. The electron-dot formula that you probably drew had the central oxygen atom having double bonds to both of the outside oxygen atoms (O=O=O). Remember that there are a total of 18 electrons available for this structure. Your formula probably either has 20 electrons or one of the oxygen atom does not have an octet structure. Try drawing the formula over and then determine the hybridization of the central atom.
