not correct. I assume that you drew the electron-dot formula before selecting
this answer. The electron-dot formula that you probably drew had the central
oxygen atom having single bonds to both of the outside oxygen atoms and had 2
non-bonded pairs of electrons. Remember that there are a total of 18 electrons
available for this structure. Your formula does not have an octet structure for
one of the oxygen atoms. Try drawing the formula over (think about double bonds)
and then determine the hybridization of the central atom.
