This answer is not correct. You have forgotten the mole to mole conversion and thus thought that you needed 17.1 g of oxygen. Try using the mole to mole conversion factor for both calculations and see what happens. You also interpreted the results of your calculations incorrectly. Instead of too much oxygen...you had 8.1 g less than was needed for a complete reaction.
