This answer
is not correct. The chemical shift for a methine group attached to a bromine
atom should be 4.25 ppm whereas the downfield multiplet in the spectrum is at
3.4 ppm. The isopropyl group should also show an upfield doublet and a downfield
heptet and the multiplets in the spectrum are a triplet and a quartet. Think
about both the chemical shift and the group pattern and try again.
