This answer is not correct. This is a cyclic totally conjugated system but there has to be 4n + 2 p electrons (n = any counting integer 0, 1, 2...) in order for the special stability called aromaticity to occur. If the 4n + 2 equation is used in this case...n would equal 1.5 not a whole counting integer.
