This answer is not correct. There are 2 absorptions in this spectrum that you have interpreted for this answer. There is an absorption at 3100 cm^-1 but the absorption for this answer should be at 3300 cm^-1. There is another band at 1600 cm^-1 but the absorption for this answer should be at 2100 cm^-1. What answer better fits the data?
